need way of obtaining RA, DEC and insert in FITS file #3

We could allow RA, DEC , and object to be provided statically in the config file. However it would be nice to have a plan for how sbig-utils could get this info from a telescope when available.

What are the standard FITS keywords to use? The SBIG extensions mention OBJECTRA, OBJECTDEC, CENTALT, CENTAZ. What do ds9, wcstools, astrometry.net want?

Idea: config file could optionally include path to a command/script used to fetch current RA,DEC from telescope.

I'd say go with OBJECTRA and OBJECTDEC. I think astrometry.net writes a separate FITS header for WCS.
