fix build issues on Ubuntu 18.04 and modern INDI packages #44

I ran into a few minor problems building sbig-util on my test system. It seems INDI has renamed the sbigudrv library, compilers have become more pedantic, and I found a build time issue that should have been caught at configure time.

I've been off this project for the past two weeks, coming back on. I

wonder if this is why I had to make a bunch of symbolic links to the sbigudrv lib. It seemed there were three different naming conventions and I had to tie them together with symbolic links.
