[QA] Transaction takes longer than expected

Describe the current behavior in detail

Checked on https://preview.portalbridge.com/b05f4e9322/ [Mainnet] with macOS and Google Chrome.

Steps:

1. Prepare to send 0.001 USDC (Polygon) from Polygon (MetaMask) to Solana (Phantom)
2. Check "Estimated time" value in Route section
3. Click "Approve and proceed with transaction" button
4. Check when step 1 is completed

Actual result: Step 1 completed in 8 minutes.

What is the expected/desired behavior

Step 1 completed in 1m 4s.

Tested from: https://preview.portalbridge.com/ed4e22522f/# Transaction estimate for transaction W from Solana (Solflare) to Optimism (Metamask) was estimated as 12 seconds, but in reality transaction took 2min and 4seconds

Estimated time to transfer 0.00001 wstETH from BSC (MetaMask via WalletConnect) to Ethereum (MetaMask via WalletConnect) was 45s, but transaction was completed in 18min. Checked on https://portalbridge.com/ [Mainnet].

Reproducible on https://wormhole-connect-mainnet.netlify.app/ [Mainnet] when sending 0.0001 USDC from Polygon (MetaMask) to Avalanche (MetaMask) with Circle CCTP Manual route. Estimated time transfer was 1m 4s, but Step 1 completed in 7 min.
