[QA]Failed to load wallets was shown when clicking on Connect wallet #1933

Precondition: Rabby wallet enabled

Environment: OS: macOS Sonoma 14.4.1 Browser: Chrome Version 121.0.6167.85

Tested from: https://testnet.portalbridge.com/ed4e22522f/

Steps:

Connect Sepolia network
Click on Connect wallet
Observe if wallets are shown

Actual result: Message "Failed to load wallets. Please refresh and try again" was shown when opening wallet list

Expected result: Wallets are shown

Comments: Reproduced this once when first time connecting to Sepolia network, will observe if the issue is reproducible

Tested from: Mainnet { env: 'mainnet', "bridgeDefaults": { fromNetwork: 'fantom', toNetwork: 'ethereum', token: '', } } Change config to fromNetwork to Injective and toNetwork to Osmosis, click on wallet -> Change wallet, observe

Issue is no longer reproducible on https://wormhole-connect.netlify.app/, wallets are loading correctly.

Issue is reproducible on https://wormhole-connect-mainnet.netlify.app/, message "Failed to load wallets. Please refresh and try again" was shown when opening wallet list.
