[QA] W token is displayed as "Unknown" in Phantom notification #1948

Describe the current behavior in detail

Environment: OS: macOS Sonoma 14.4.1 Browser: Chrome Version 123.0.6312.107 (Official Build) (arm64)

Tested from https://testnet.portalbridge.com/ed4e22522f/ (Portal Bridge: 0.2.12, Wormhole Connect: 0.3.4-beta.4-development).

W token is displayed as "Unknown Token" in Phantom:

W token is displayed as "Unknown" in Phantom notification to approve transaction:

What is the expected/desired behavior

Correct token name is displayed in Phantom wallet.

Issue is reproducible on https://preview.portalbridge.com/41c5f197e5/ when sending 0.0001 W from Injective (Leap) to Solana (Phantom).
