[QA] WETH (Base) token is displayed as "Unknown" in Phantom

Describe the current behavior in detail

Checked on https://portalbridge.com/ [Mainnet] with macOS Sonoma 14.4.1 and Google Chrome Version 124.0.6367.62 (Official Build) (arm64).

Steps:

1. Prepare to send 0.0001 WETH (Base) from Solana (Phantom) to Base (MetaMask)
2. Click "Approve and proceed with transaction" button
3. Check the asset name

Actual result: WETH (Base) token is displayed as "Unknown" in Phantom notification to approve transaction.

What is the expected/desired behavior

Correct token name is displayed in Phantom wallet.
