[QA] Project name is displayed as "Unknown" in OKX notification #2168

Describe the current behavior in detail

Checked on https://preview.portalbridge.com/ac15114854/ [Mainnet] with macOS Sonoma 14.4.1 and Google Chrome Version 125.0.6422.142 (Official Build) (arm64).

Steps:

  1. Prepare to send 0.00000123 osETH from Ethereum (OKX wallet) to Arbitrum (OKX wallet)
  2. Click on "Approve and proceed with transaction" button
  3. Check "Project" field

Actual result: Project is displayed as "Unknown". Expected result: Correct project name is displayed.

Reproducible on https://preview.portalbridge.com/ba2ee08429/ [Mainnet] when sending 0.0011 W from Arbitrum (MetaMask) to Optimism (MetaMask).
