[QA] "Unsupported network" notification when sending with Phantom (Ethereum) #2647

Describe the current behavior in detail

Checked on https://preview.portalbridge.com/b1f3c5115d/.

Steps:

  1. Prepare to send 10 GLMR from Moonbeam (Phantom) to Celo (Phantom)
  2. Click on "Review transaction" button
  3. Confirm transfer

Actual result: "Unsupported network" notification is shown. Expected result: Phantom notification to confirm transaction is displayed.

@sebastianscatularo can you take a look at this p0 issue? I believe this is related to what we discussed that Phantom only supports Ethereum specifically, and not other EVMs like Moonbeam or Celo

it is expected @Wesleyleung since Phantom does not support, we can add some pre check I guess, not sure how do you want to proceed, it is not going to be bullet proof, but, we can give a try cc: @mliu-xlabs
