[QA] [Improvement] Display token in "Network cost" field

Describe the current behavior in detail

Checked on https://wormhole-connect-mainnet.netlify.app/.

Custom config:

}

Steps:

1. Prepare to send 0.0011 ETH from Arbitrum (MetaMask) to Optimism (MetaMask)
2. Check if token is displayed in "Network cost" field
3. Start the transfer
4. Check if token is displayed in "Network cost" field

Actual result: Token is not displayed in "Network cost" field on "Confirm transaction" screen, only USD equivalent is displayed. Expected result: Token is displayed in "Network cost" field on "Confirm transaction" screen.

Issue is also reproducible for MayanRoute and MayanRouteSWIFT. Token is not displayed in "Network cost" field on Bridge screen, Confirm transaction screen and Progress screen. Checked on Netlify and Portal Bridge.

Reproducible on https://preview.portalbridge.com/ac2a9a0933/ when transferring POL from Polygon (Rabby) to USDC on Base (Rabby).
