[QA] Sometimes the progress bar is shown as fully filled

Describe the current behavior in detail

Checked on Netlify with following config.

• ttps://deploy-preview-2836--wormhole-connect-mainnet.netlify.app/
• Config: { routes: [...DEFAULT_ROUTES, MayanRoute] }

Steps:

1. Transfer 0.008 ETH from Optimism (MetaMask) to Ethereum (MetaMask) as WETH (0xC0...6Cc2)
2. Check the progress bar on Progress screen

Actual result: Sometimes progress bar is shown as fully filled. Expected result: Progress bar fills up gradually.

Link to Wormholescan. Issue is inconsistent and has a low reproducibility rate. It can be reproduced with different chains and assets.

Reproducible on Netlify when sending 0.000001 USDC from Optimism (MetaMask) to Solana (Phantom) with CCTPRoute.

The progress bar was displayed as fully filled when the Progress screen was opened for the first time. After reopening the transaction via the widget, the progress bar was displayed correctly.
