[QA] "Review transaction" button is no longer displayed after clicking on "Swap" button #2988

Describe the current behavior in detail

Reproducible on Netlify with following config.

Steps:

  1. Prepare to send 1 W from Solana (Phantom) to Arbitrum (MetaMask)
  2. Click on "Swap" button
  3. Check if "Review transaction" button is displayed

Actual result: "Review transaction" button is no longer displayed. Expected result: "Review transaction" button is displayed.
