Network Expansion: Scroll

Description

This ticket outlines the requirement to add support for the Scroll chain within our infrastructure. The integration should be functional and thoroughly tested on both Testnet and Mainnet. It necessitates updating our systems to interact with the Scroll chain either when is the source or target chain.

Acceptance Criteria:

1. Successfully integrate the Scroll chain into the list of supported chains for both Testnet and Mainnet environments.
2. Ensure the integration supports interactions with the Core Bridge Contract specific to the Scroll chain.
3. Integrate functionality with the Scroll chain's Token Bridge Contract.
4. Correctly identify and configure the Chain ID for Scroll in our systems.
