[bug] Transaction status is shown as completed on Wormholescan when the asset has not yet been received

Steps:

1. Open https://portalbridge.com/
2. Select BSC as source chain and connect MetaMask wallet through WalletConnect in From section
3. Select Ethereum as target chain and connect MetaMask wallet through WalletConnect in To section
4. Enter amount and select an asset, 0.00001 wstETH
5. Click on "Approve and proceed with transaction" button
6. Click on "View on Wormholescan" link
7. Wait until transaction status is shown as completed
8. Open Etherscan and check if asset has been received

Actual result: Transaction is shown as completed on Wormholescan when asset has not yet been received. Expected result: Transaction is shown as completed on Wormholescan when asset has been received.

Notes:

• Transaction completed successfully.
• Send from tx: BscScan
• Send to tx: Etherscan
• Link to Wormholescan Wormholescan

Issue is also reproducible when sending 0.000001 wstETH from BSC Safe (https://app.safe.global/) to Ethereum (Rabby).
