Description and context

Standardize task description formats and add more task types to be used by the GH UI, similar to the templates in the main repo

Add bug type template
Add task type template
Add Discord link to issue creation screen
Disable blank issue creation

Definition of done

New templates and Discord link available on the issue creation screen
