[PetBattle] Buffs/Debuffs - DoTs/HoTs not working #111

Describe the bug any buff or debuff is either not working or not displayed correctly

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. start petbattle
  2. cast buff/debuff
  3. buff/debuff with no icon and duration of 0 is displayed
  4. no effect in next round of fight

Expected behavior for example, if you cast a buff +attack speed for 3 rounds it should be displayed underneath your pet and have an effect
