Polymorph spell (118) unusable on humanoids

Spell only usable on critters, but it should used on Humanoids and Beasts.

Spell ID : 118

• [ ] Check the spell in spell Mage.cpp
• [ ] Extend the spell target if needed in cpp
• [ ] Look for DB related needs and add to db if needed

Need to change the code to accept target Humanoid and Beasts as well
