We've gone into the Superbowl bombing in '92 but need to know more about the present city. In my WIP PRT map I have Minneapolis listed as a SAU and condemned city, but that hasn't been yet formally canonized.
Given the proximity to Devilfish, I'd prefer we get deets prior to opening the setting up.
