更新八重神子的目标函数：添加站场主C、后台副C切换支持；添加超激化、超绽放支持 #248

由于文档较少，参考 cyno_default.rs 写成，如果代码中有错误之处，烦请指出。 添加了超激化、超绽放支持，因为现在主流八重神子都是玩这个的。 添加了站场主C、后台副C的切换（是否普通攻击的区别）。 移除了（实际上是不想写了）感电和超载，因为超载、感电几乎没人使用。
