IE Plant's Hemp Seeds aren't affected by Bone Meal from Vanila Minecraft, yet these seeds can be converted into the Immersive Engineering's original Hemp Seeds, which Bone Meal is able to accelerate the growth of. (Immersive Engineering's Hemp Seeds can be planted and grow in TFC's farmland.) 2018-11-11_00 40 10

It's kinda intentional, you can't make cheap biofuel anyway :P

The problem is that we can get Hemp Fibers from the fully grown one. Tough Fabric and String can be made with fibers.
