Made the changes I outlined in https://github.com/wosochart/TheWosoChart/issues/2

Changes:

Extract data into players.json and relationships.json
Add README file detailing how users can contribute data to the chart

Motivation: It is now easier for people to contribute directly to the repository, without the need for an external spreadsheet
