Question on order of PSI values in results file

Hi, I have succesfully ran the tool and it has reported the signficant events. Now, I am trying to get the PSI values per sample.

In the ReadMe, It is stated that the PSI values under the N Values column in the .SJ.out.tab files are based on groupa.txt. I wonder if the order is exactly the same as the sample list in groupa.txt? Similaryly, if the values under column T Values follow the same order as in groupb.txt.

Yes, the PSI values are following the exact order of sample names in groupa.txt and groupb.txt files.
