Handling strand specific reads in psi-sigma #59

Hi, I have noticed that unlike rMATS (that have --lib-type) or MAJIQ (that have type=strand-specific), in psi-sigma I did not find a parameter for strand specific dPSI calculation. I would like to know how the code is handling strand specific reads ? Thanks in advance, Tomer G.

Sorry for the late reply. PSI-Sigma doesn't have such function.
