PSI sigma does not accept Sj.out.tab file from STAR aligner #60

The output sj.out.tab file from STAR aligner has 9 columns as follows.

The PSI Sigma is not accepting this file and outputs errors.

Hi @mohamedbahru ,

While it is late, I can take a look if you share the error messages. It's most likely due to the names in groups.txt and groupb.txt files.
