Using PSI-Sigma with fungal trascriptomes #7

Hello,

I've read about your tool in your paper published in Bioinformatics and have read that it was tested using human rna seq data. I would like to use PSI-Sigma to detect alternative slicing using rna seq data from a Candida species. Should this work ok? Can we trust the results?

PSI-Sigma should work for any modeled organism with a GTF file (transcriptome annotation).
