WoT OSS Vision #1

I realized that I shouldn't mix the vision and my suggestion where to start, so I removed the proposal and left only the vision:

Could you please comment on the vision text. If it is fine, we can use the workflow as a frame for scenarios. Appreciate timely responses, as I want to sketch out the first scenario.
