The task "node" could not be found #136

This cause ** (Mix) The task "node" could not be found for me. Reverting change fix the issue.

I've added a Windows and Linux/MacOS section in the installation steps. Not sure if there's one setup that works for both.

@woutdp For me on macOS(when deploying to fly.io), the Windows instructions are what actually worked.

I don't think the alias commands here(https://github.com/woutdp/live_svelte/blob/8f6ba33115f037bfa3ab7069a20aabb893168cc9/README.md?plain=1#L121) run successfully without a cmd.
