[ongoing] Avoid "folder locked" situations #20

Some of the asset is already getting "folder locked" and the project breaks if you rename the openmmo folder. This is considered bad design and can be prevented by using Resources folders and Resources.Load functions.

Moving forward we should be sure to ensure "folder freedom" even after this issue is closed.

Should not be "folder locked" anymore. We should still test this periodically to be sure we can rename the base OpenMMO folder
