Upgrade and Style Static Plugin Pages : Master Style Guide #35

The static pages for email, intercom and Facebook plugins is pretty stark. I asked Robbey to create a master style guide for styling those components. Will be useful on styling future page development too (i.e. the Framework where users run down a script to respond to customers).

NOTE: Will have to take Robbey's work and create a master style sheet, which transforms his look and feel into HTML/CSS elements.
