Fix gulp #110

Gulp gulpjs/gulp.git#4.0 doesn't exist.

Good catch! We'll most likely refactor this repository for ECMAScript Modules in the future and drop gulp altogether, but for the time being this is good to have.

Rather than using the master branch, let's use gulp 4.x from npm. Could you also commit the lock-file? Thanks!
