These should include:

Code style (linting, ES2015, import/export, ordering among other things)
UI guidelines (React / Stylus)
Commit guidelines (imperative, terse top line with no punctuation starting with a capital, optional longer description underneath)
PR / branch guidelines

Anything else you can think of @fallenoak?
