Transparency animations apply to individual textures, and not just the overall texture unit.
[x] Find a model that actually uses transparency animations
[x] Try compare Wowser's rendering of said model with the same model in the actual client
[x] Try consolidate all values in to a single animation track-- seems like it would be more efficient for the render loop than maintaining several separate tracks.
