Unknown individuals being shown in assignees list #3

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Add some persons to a Task's assignee list first.
  2. Use the clear command.
  3. Add some random different persons into the app.
  4. Use the tasks command and switch to the Tasks window.
  5. View assignees

When viewing all the tasks, for some reason, sample persons are STILL shown in the task list assignees list, even thought they are NOT in the contacts list anymore. This is a feature flaw because the user will get confused see individuals are still in the assignees list despite being deleted. Since this is something that will seriously impact the app's utility (when deleting a person, you also want them to be removed from the assignees list), it can make it unusable to some groups. Thus, this will have to be of Medium severity.


Expected: Deleted persons do not appear in the task assignee list.


Actual: They should be removed from the assignees list.

This is a bug with the clear command. Delete command deletes the assignee properly
