fix flurry consuming stacks on non melee hits
fix meat cleaver triggering on spell hit instead of cast complete
add whirlwind oh spellmask
fix whirlwind cd reduction to 4 or more targets
fix whirlwind to show mainhand/offhand damage in the ui
