Fixed Call of Flame talent and Glyph of Lava Burst not applying to Lava Burst Overload Fixed Unleash Flame not applying to the dot part of Flame Shock Updated elemental test to cover unleash Element since it is not used in the default rotation

Edit: Added volcano aura for use in the APL Edit: Added an aura to be usable in prepull APL for Sorrowsong
