Wyvern Strike got buffed #1105

Wyvern strike now does 140% weapon damage and dot scales of 80% AP, This has not been fixed yet

Hey @Hansson921 👋 this change has already been captured in the sim. The DoT has a 10% AP scaling though, not 80%
