Implemented the Resourcefulness - Cloak rune for hunters. https://www.wowhead.com/classic/spell=440529/resourcefulness

Updated TNT rune to include new melee attack power scaling. https://www.wowhead.com/classic/spell=428717/t-n-t

Yep should be good to go! Looks like these changes are still relevant even with todays PTR notes
