Updated the haunt damage modifier code to use the system implemented in Cata with a special modifier
Consolidated talent application into talents.go with spell registration callbacks to cut down on repetition and make it less prone to being missed somewhere
The exception to this is base damage mods since those can't be handled externally
Updated EverlastingAffliction to use a single trigger aura instead of being repeated in each of the affected spells
Fixed several issues with talents not applied to certain spells or being miss-applied to others
