Hunter Melee Spec - Mongoose Bite CD not resetting #967

In game Mongoose Bite resets anytime Raptor Strike CD resets on Raptor Strike/Mongoose Bite Proc, but the sim never resets Mongoose Bite CD. You can see this by inspecting multiple sim iteration timelines.

Evidence from logs showing MB resets (cast before 5 sec CD would be finished)
