I thought that the process for adding new items was simple and would not be time consuming. Seeing now that all item data is entered manually rather than tying back to a pre-existing database, I will close this issue and manually add everything I want locally. Sorry to have wasted time.

We generate all items from wowhead. We automatically filter any items under ilvl 100 and any item green or lower quality. To work around this we have a list of exception IDs. Most these items can be added just by including the item ID in the exception list and regenerating all items.
