Describe the bug Triket ot trades and arcane power can be stack together

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. cast arcane power
  2. cast tricks ot trades and start sttacking
  3. see the bufflist and spell damage

Expected behavior fandom wiki says arcan power will no longer stack with tricks of the trade since 3.10, but in classic wotlk ,then can stack together and do scaling the damage
