backed eth shouldn't be automatically staked
stake function to stake NFT and deposit into vault

realized this is more difficult than i thought. we want backed eth to be staked so stakers can earn yield on the backed eth, while also entitling the token holders to their backed eth while distributing the yield from their eth to stakers
