I just realised I've been calculating multiple student loans incorrectly, so this is a hotfix to get a desired behaviour:

postgraduate loans are repaid on top of any other loans
if a single loan is selected, repayments are calculated normally
if more than one non-postgraduate loan is selected, the repayments stay the same as with one loan, but they are split between the two loans based on their thresholds.
