New Features

Added some new features to the sliderMenu:

• Menu titlebar is now docked to top, so it will stick when scrolling through menu-items.
• Possibility to activate swipe, so the slideMenu can be accessed through a swipe from left to right.
• Added an Option to activate swipe
• Reenabled the push and pop animations for new views
• Added Option to set a custom push and pop animation
• Made changes to get rid of the mainwrapper \ Sideefects: The first view will be the mainview and all other views will get the back button

Last feature is in the second-last commit, so you can revert it easily if you don't like it. For my purpose this was necessary, but it depends on what you want to do. Maybe it would be possible to create an option to set on initialization to choose between these to possibilities. Had not the time to implement this, maybe later.

That changes are pretty cool :). I'm not gonna merge your last commit until we find a way to add a config option or delete the mainwrapper-view in a properly way.
