Emails through wp_mail() not being sent #3

If wordfence-activator is enabled all email traffic through wp_mail() is not sent.

Traffic through other SMTP services is sent, like WP Offload SES connected to AWS SES. A warning is raised: WP Offload SES #101: Mail function already overridden. . when trying to deliver via wp_mail().

Disabling wordfence-activator makes SMTP wp_mail() working again and keeps Wordfence premiun on for a while. Wordfence premium is disabled in several hours after activator is disabled.
