doctor, profile packages

Couldn't install either package on my vagrant box. Same error for each:

Hi @andygagnon,

You'll need to increase the amount of memory available to PHP-CLI, see https://make.wordpress.org/cli/handbook/common-issues/#php-fatal-error-allowed-memory-size-of-999999-bytes-exhausted-tried-to-allocate-99-bytes

Bumping up from 128M to 256M worked. Thank you.
