Refactor wp-e-commerce.js

I sort of hate this file. We've allowed too many shenanigans in here, for far too long. It's time to modernize it a bit, bring it inline with current coding standards, like much of our admin JS.

Some thoughts:

• [ ] Ensure we have the custom events we need
• [ ] Structure thoughtfully
• [ ] Namespace thoughtfully, return objects, allow for overriding.
• [ ] Kill Gravatar MD5 crap.

Naturally to the new WordPress JS coding standards (adopted from the jquery standards I believe).

Any takers? It'd certainly secure somebody a place in the WordPress eCommerce hall of fame for life ;)

'Kill Gravatar MD5 crap' will fix last comment on #610. Gravatars still in Theme Eng v1?

Should be dropped and built into its own Plugin. That way will resolve the ugly looking email field from checkout at the top of the forms and allow it to be recorded from the checkout page settings
