Email field missing from "My Account" page #2000

Should be resolved and visible again with the latest theme file via https://github.com/wp-e-commerce/WP-e-Commerce/commit/4aa025a1e1302f0e1b2c338f493620d09b73fbe2

The field is visible but from what i've seen there is no validation done against the inputed data in case they are left empty

Email shows fine in new theme engine. punting to future release for deprecated engine.
