The site will have a footer.

NOTES:

This should contain links to sections in the site and probably other external resources like core wpgraphql.com, slack, github, .org repo, etc.

Whatever feels good to wrap up the bottom of the site.

Any menu(s) should be pulled from WPGraphQL.

We can start with something as simple as the footer on core wpgraphql.com, but make sure the social links are hooked to a menu, and maybe pull the icons from an ACF Field on the menu items or something? just to dogfood.
