Adds some additional features to QL Session Handler.

Adds Enable QL Session Handler on WC AJAX requests option
Adds Enable QL Session Handler on WP REST requests option
Adds support for WooCommerce Session cookies and reading the woocommerce-session header on non-GraphQL requests to the QL Session Handler.
