Fixes for "deprecated warning addCommand" and "Error: Parameter errors: unknown --jobid parameter" #9

First fix is just for the warning of the deprecated method addCommand. Second fix for Error: Parameter errors: unknown --jobid parameter is a bit more pressing as wp-cli fails on it. IMHO this one is critical (we, and probably more users depend on it).
